Vinea Vin Guidelines and Policies
You must be 21 years of age or older to order, receive or consume alcoholic beverages in the United States of America.
By placing an order or becoming a member of Vinea Vin, LLC., you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age. Due to federal and state regulations, any and all alcoholic beverage shipments must be received and signed for by a sober adult of 21 years or age or older. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving you are at least 21 years of age.
Wines from Vinea Vin are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.
SHIPPING
At this time, Vinea Vin ships only to California. Each state has its own rules and regulations regarding alcoholic beverages. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship wines to ay state outside of California.
By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a carrier to deliver your wine to an address specified by you, provided that such shipment will not subject Vinea Vin to the risk of legal action or other harm. Federal regulations prohibit the delivery of wine to post offices boxes. Shipments cannot be scheduled to a specific time of day.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled orders are ones that have been placed by the buyer and not yet shipped. A restocking fee of 15% may be assessed at the time of the cancellation.
All wines sold are maintained at optimum conditions. We consider wine to be out of our control once it is in the hands of the carrier. We cannot be responsible for imporoper storage after it has been delivered. Once your wine has been shipped it becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for nor will wine be replaced that is damged by extreme weather conditions.
We cannot accept returns for wines that do not coincide with personal tastes, wines that have been affected by cork taint or brettanomyces, wines that have been adversely affected by storage, nor wines that have been damaged as a result of any adverse condition occurring while the wines are in your care.
If the shipment was damaged in transit you will receive a full refund including shipping and handling charges.
DISCLOSURES
Wine is a perishable and fragile commodity. Extreme temperatures such as hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Vinea Vin is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions.
